A Perfect Exercise Machine

If asked about my preference for exercise equipments, I would choose a treadmill machine in a heartbeat. It’s the best alternative to jogging outdoors. You can achieve a full body workout, letting you monitor your speed and heart rate.
I guess even the maintenance is not difficult so long as you have a treadmill belt lube that you apply periodically. My husband would be interested to get a treadmill once we have our own home.
