Google and Adobe Flash

September 10th, 2008

I read in the news that Google web albums and Adobe flash videos are being used by spammers to redirect users to other sites.  There are links embedded in videos and photos that users are unaware that they are being sent to spammer websites!

A MessageLabs analyst further stated that spammers are focused on using Google’s free hosted services to distribute spam.  They expect these tactics will increase in the coming months.*

Acck!  When do we see the end of spam!
