Our family has started our Christmas countdown. We have been discussing about our shopping list, meet-ups and gatherings to attend to in December. I am also thinking of ways to make this year’s celebration more special for my daughter.
Maybe dolling her up with a Santa costume is a nice idea. She and her cousins can wear Christmas tree hats, those funky ones that come with bright colored adornments! That would be a hit for sure! I can imagine the kids wearing Santa boots, while singing and swaying to Christmas carols. The older members of the family would enjoy seeing that, too.
We are excited to spend time with our families back home again. Of course, not forgetting the real reason for Christmas, which is Jesus Christ, we think of spending that time with no other than our loved ones. The festive mood adds to the Christmas-y feeling that we always look forward to year after year.
