I noticed lately that I have been eating chocolates everyday. Before, I don’t even have cravings for it but now I feel that I must have at least a mini chocolate bar before I end my day.

In my grocery cart, there will always be a bag of sweets or a box of assorted chocolate. Although diabetes does not run in the family, I should still be careful with my sugar intake. First, I’m not getting any younger and my metabolism slows on each tick of my body clock; second, I don’t want to encourage my little girl to eat lots of sweets and third, I don’t want to gain weight that will take me forever to shed off.

Well, we should always eat in moderation. Who wants to resort to taking diet pills or phentermine because of bad eating habits?
