Fearless Forecast

With the bitter state of our economy these days, it is sad to see a lot of shops closing down or offering huge discounts just to dispose off their merchandise.  The first ones to go are those selling luxury items such as jewelry, cars or hobby shops.  Maybe those intending to get married, for example, put off buying engagement rings to give way to more important wedding expenses.

I do hope that the fearless forecast of some economists that things will rebound by end of this year or early 2010 will come true.  It would be nice to see people go back to their normal spending habits especially when it comes to essential things like food and other basic stuff.
