Detox, Anyone?

Yesterday, over dinner, we were discussing about detoxification. How it can be easy but still requiring commitment. A family member shared that wheat grass is good and the effect is like rapid detox for her. She felt the effects after she finished drinking it for ten straight days. She felt lighter and leaner, there were no hunger pangs that made her grab for junk food before. Sounds promising, doesn’t it?
What I have read about detoxification is it doesn’t only help those who want to give up smoking or alcohol but even those who simply want to start a healthy lifestyle. I would like to try detoxification but maybe at a better time like when my youngest child is a bit older.
